- The list by ancient author gives abbreviated references to studies listed in the the full bibliography.
- The full references gives the complete bibliographical references for the earlier tables, as well as other publications of interest.
- This is followed by work in progress, as notified by the scholars involved. Projects mentioned in this section may have lapsed and will be removed after several years if no news on progress has been received.
