This transcription was transcribed by Hugh Houghton from a scanned typescript transcription by Violet, complemented by a handwritten transcription, both supplied by Greg Paulson from the files for GA 0159 at INTF. The handwritten transcription is later and does not note all the illegible text indicatd by lower case letters on the typescript. Thee diacritics above upsilon have not been recorded.
