A Collation of the Greek Manuscripts for the Editio Critica Maior of Romans

Contributors and Acknowledgments

This apparatus was constructed by Hugh Houghton, using the Collation Editor developed by Catherine Smith for the Workspace for Collaborative Editing. The transcription workflow was managed and overseen by Amy Myshrall.

The preparation of this apparatus was undertaken as part of the CATENA project, which received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement no. 770816). The transcriptions of P10, P26, P27, P31, P40, P46, P61, P94, P113, P118, 01, 02, 03 and 04 were taken from those created by the Institut für neutestamentliche Textforschung (INTF) and made available on the New Testament Virtual Manuscript Room under a Creative Commons attribution licence.

The editors are very grateful to all who have assisted the project with transcriptions, including volunteers from around the world. The following contributed to this work between 2018 and 2023 (in alphabetical order):

The relevant transcribers are named in the header of each transcription file, although it should be noted that the IGNTP takes responsibility for the final form of each transcription. We would also like to thank Grant Edwards for sharing his edition of P131 and Peter Montoro for his advice on Chrysostom's Romans homilies.
